The host is on site to help with any issues that might arise in their own separate suite. Should you need additional staff time for cooking, errands or other tasks to help your stay, please let us know and we will arrange an appropriate hourly or daily rate.

No on street parking is allowed at any time.
Gov't issued ID is required of all guests and may be requested at any time.
Four driveway parking spaces is permitted for this hosted home. Please ask if there is additional capacity on any given day.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM.
The pool and hot tub close promptly at 9 PM and re-open at 9 AM.
No amplified music allowed outside at any time. Earphones are required for listening to music outside at all times.
No smoking on the premises inside or out or on the street in front of the house.
Visitors are permitted according to Santa Rosa regulations. Up to four daytime visitors between 9 am and 9 pm are allowed. Daytime visitors must leave the premises by 9 PM.
We are not set up for children under 12 years of age. Please ask on a case by case basis.
Pets must be included in your reservation and must be potty trained.
Dogs in the front yard, and going to and from your vehicle, must be on a leash at all times.
Maximum overnight guests is 8.
Video is recorded at the front doorbell.
Smoking on the premises of any substances will result in a $250 fine.
One pet per stay is allowed of a pet up to 35 lbs. Contact us for a case by case exception that we can discuss with you.
Our insurance company does not allow or cover the following breeds or mixes:
Doberman Pinscher
Pit bull
Rottweiler
Chow Chow
Wolf dogs and wolf hybrids
Presa Canario (Canary dog)
Akita and we therefore cannot allow them to stay.
